At Gopanear, we provide a subscription-based digital service. Please read this Refunds & Cancellation Policy carefully before subscribing to our platform.

  1. No Refund Policy

    • All payments made for subscriptions, add-ons, templates, or custom solutions are non-refundable.
    • Once a subscription or purchase has been processed, we do not provide refunds, whether in full or partial, for any reason, including :
      • Accidental purchases.
      • Change of mind.
      • Unused subscription time.
      • Dissatisfaction due to individual expectations.
  2. Subscription Cancellations

    • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
    • Cancellation will stop future billing, but you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing cycle.
    • No refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the subscription period.
  3. Custom Solutions & One-Time Services

    • Payments for custom SaaS builds, integrations, or professional services are also non-refundable.
    • Delivery timelines for custom projects will be agreed upon during onboarding, and payments are considered final once the project begins.
  4. Failed Payments

    • If a recurring payment fails, your account may be suspended until payment is successfully processed.
    • We are not responsible for any data loss or service interruption due to non-payment.
  5. Exceptional Circumstances

    • In rare cases of billing errors caused by us, we will review and, if valid, correct the charge.
    • Beyond such errors, no exceptions will be made to our no-refund policy.
